CPR Extreme and HotMods.Com present CPRman's Best of Grand Prix Legends Tribute
GPL has come a long way sinse it's release in 98. I supported it then as THE best racing sim ever, and I still do today in 2002. Recently the online community has also realized the treasure we know as GPL, and a Sh*tstorm of stuff has been produced for the game. Some good, some bad, and some stuff that is just over the top! I want to make sure everyone knows I had very little to do with any of the updates you are about to install, I have created very little for this game. What IS here is a collection of the very best <in my personal opinion> of what has been done so far for GPL by very dedicated people. The one that stands out the most is GPLEA. I think they are a preservation society for GPL, and they produce bar none the best stuff so far for this game. Most of the car models you are about to install started with papy cars, then were updated with GPLEA cars, then I added engines, 3d wheels, bitchen engine sounds, and some other minor effects and changes. Your game will still play the same, it'll just have a ton more zestola! There is NO SUPPORT, NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGES (heh, as if). Thanks to everyone in the community who dev's all night for weeks just to make me some smokin new mags for my Ferrari :) this ones for you guys...

    Open CPR_GPL_XX_XX_XX.zip and Extract to your GPL directory, Overwrite all <Back your stuff up if you're too freaky to to just go for it!>

MAIN FEATURES:

    Bah, just try it out and see whatchya think, I can't tell you how many people worked so hard on each lil part they did, from the Tyre Barn guy to USpits, to that guy who runs the hotgrids Links page (http://hotgrids.racesimcentral.com/ I think). These people are really making a great game come to life in a time where we all seem to be looking for something better than what compUSA is offering is. Ohyea, EagleWomans place was cool too, sevral of the car engine sounds came from there <after searching for weeks for just the right sounds> Anyway, blah blah blah, go race already and remember to always have fun!

P.S. This file is pretty large, under 10 megs but still costly for me to host. Feel free to re-serve/host this file unaltered. For I will only have it up for an indetermined time.
